Marketing Specialist

The East Jerusalem YMCA womens Training Program is seeking candidate with marketing experience to work with women individuals and organizations all over the West Bank.

Overall Responsibilities:
-The Marketing specialist will work with the designated communities to assist women to increase their market access, domestic and international, for women producers, brokering secure and responsible links and relationships between the private sector including exporters and the women.
-The Marketing specialist will be expected to conduct analysis of market demand to help direct women producers, give recommendations to improve produce competitiveness, provide consultancy services and technical support for women, and establish relations with the private sector and other related stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
-A bachelors or Masters degree in relevant fields including Business Administration, Marketing, Management, and Economics.
-At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing
-Ability to organize work , lead and deliver activities with high level standards, and proven track record in producing quality work
-Excellent English and Arabic writing skills
-Demonstrated experience with participatory methods and consultations;
-Good understanding of the particular marketing opportunities and challenges in the OPT.
