MRPM - Masarouna Regional Project Manager

40 hrs per week – 1 year renewable

Estimated start date: ASAP

The position could be based in one of the following locations: Iraq, Jordan, Tunisia, Lebanon & OPT

Salary & Benefits: National Package - In line with Oxfam values and according to location

Purpose of the job:

Oxfam International-MENA Region is looking for Masarouna Regional Project Manager. This role will be in charge of coordinating, managing, monitoring and reporting the activities under the responsibility of the RP within Masarouna. You will ensure the achievement and quality of the outcomes and outputs linked to RP-managed regional components of Masarouna.

The Regional Platform (RP) of Oxfam in the Middle East and North Africa( MENA) has mandate to:

Provide strategic Leadership, Management & accountability of and to Oxfam Country Programmes in MENA

Deliver regional impact, developing partner relationships, brand and impact in the region through relevant influencing and advocacy work, public engagement and programming

Provide support to Oxfam Country Offices

Job Requirements

Who we're looking for

You will have demonstrated experience in program management of regional programs in International NGOs with excellent knowledge of budgeting and report writing. You will be experienced in financial management and oversight and control. You must be organized and efficient with sound knowledge of MENA Region.
