Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in the Green House Renovation Materials Tender required under Mercy Corps Program.


The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents with all details on the condition of Materials for Green House Renovation tender may be picked up at Mercy Corps Office in Gaza during normal working hours.
-Tender documents to be obtained from Monday 8 Dec 2014 until 12 pm Monday 15 Dec 2014 during official working hours. Normal working hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
-Pre-Bid meeting will held on Thursday 11 Dec 2014 at 10:00 am to ensure the full understanding of the tender items specifications, terms, and conditions and to answer the participants’ questions.
-The tender will be opened at 12:30 pm Monday 15 December 2014 by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee and companies representatives in Mercy Corps Office address mentioned below.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-Tenderers are requested to comply with the tender conditions and terms.
