Medical Secretary/Archivist
Main Purpose
Perform secretarial administrative activities according to the instructions of the supervisor and MSF rules and protocols to ensure efficient administrative support to MSF office staff.
Ensure adequate disposition and organization of paper and electronic files and records, maintaining their confidentiality (if appropriate), integrity, reliability and traceability.
Accountabilities
- Write and/or check official letters, reports and other documents related to the Mission.
- Take and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Manage all incoming /outgoing mail, ensuring proper registration and delivery to internal or external recipients.
- Supervise the printing of copies and binding of documents.
MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities
In Jerusalem context:
- Follow up specific standard procedures to scan and archive adequately medical files.
- Fill in the appropriate documentation (excel, ...) to ensure traceability of the archives.
- Aligning with the Personal Data Protection Regulations, implement relevant MSF policy and guidelines to store and archive documents and records in a secure, hermetically sealed physical or digital repository,
- Inform supervisors in the case of any incident / problem and/or suggest any improvement.

Education: Secondary education and secretarial related studies
Experience: Desirable working experience of two years in similar jobs
Languages: Essential - English and Arabic fluency (reading,writing, oral)
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet) compulsory.
