To be considered for the position, an offeror must be a U.S. Citizen. S/he must be able to work well in an overseas environment and with a wide range of governmental and non-governmental counterparts.
In addition, the following minimum qualifications must be met:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
2. Work Experience:A minimum of five(5)years of progressively responsible professional
experience in one or more of the following areas is required: Israel/Palestinian affairs, international development, peace and conflict resolution, peacebuilding, program management, monitoring and evaluation, civil society and democratic strengthening.
