Merchandising & Supplier Relations Officer

The Merchandising & Supplier relation officer will be responsible of various brands under the company’s brands portfolio. He will be in general responsible of the whole work-flow of inventory to make sure that we are holding the right stock, in the right quantities, during the right period. Beside maintaining & building relationships with external vendors. 

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Day-to Day follow up with other departments such as; the operation team, the main warehouses, the Acc. Department, to maintain the inventory work-flow cycle correctly and in timely manner.  

•  Conduct weekly calls, visits, meetings with suppliers in-order to build strong relationships with the suppliers, besides discussing & resolving all day-to-day issues & operations.

•   Preparing periodical reports such as; Sellout reports, Inventory management reports, KPI’s reports & sharing it with the management. 
• Seasonal budget Monitoring, controlling & distribution per store, brand, category & sub category, etc…

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor Degree in; (Accounting, Finance, Economics & any relevant field)

1-2 years of Experience in any related field

Advance Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent English Language
