Merchant Relations Officer

e-Points is the largest customer rewards program in the region , which rewards you for the shopping in any outlets within its exclusive network consisting of the leading retail hospitality and service outlets in Palestine.
e-Points was established in 2005, this rewarding program aims to reward cardholders for their shopping, increase their purchasing power, and supporting the merchants to gain and maintain customers loyalty.
We e-points looking for two qualified, motivated candidates to join our team and fill the following position; Applicants residing in Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Ramallah are encouraged to apply.
 

Main Duties and responsibilities:

-Contact merchants and networks to establish co-marketing on an ongoing basis.
-Manage merchants’ partners as” Super-Affiliates”.
-Develop track and manage offers to merchant partners including establishing benchmarks and reporting.
-Develop tracking, testing, monitoring reporting and other integration with existing merchants’ network.
-Professionally and promptly handle customers’ inquiries and complains and taking appropriate actions to resolve customer concerns.
-Maintain good customers’ relations.
-Arrange a program of visits to all major potential customers by contacting people and making appointments.
-Be involved in telemarketing if needed.
-Fill out sales reports on time.
-Assist in collection of account receivables.
-Coordinate and supervise of delivery, installation and follow up with the service requirement.
- May have to work in the evenings or on weekends, and may be required to travel.

Qualifications Required and Skills:

-University Degree in related fields.
-Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
-Excellent communication skills and team work with proven track record.
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
-Ability to work under pressure- long flexible working hours.
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-High levels of negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license.
