Mercy Corps, an international non-governmental relief and development agency, is seeking
candidates to fill multiple positions in the West Bank and Gaza, related to Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) Business Development, Capacity Building, cross border
partnerships and IT / Business Process Outsourcing. aimed at building the knowledge-based economy in the West Bank and Gaza. The ICT Business Development program is supported .by a several international donor agencies

The Sr. Program Officer serves as the link between program and administrative teams, providing a broad range of administrative and programmatic support to the Mercy Corps program stakeholders.
He / She assists management in coordinating implementation of overall program activities and in planning and performance of monitoring and evaluation duties. The Sr. Program Officer will be in frequent contact with partners in the West Bank and Gaza, the Gulf, and the UK. The position requires a university degree in Development Studies, Business, ICT or other relevant field and a minimum of 5 years work experience with INGOs, or ICT businesses. Qualified applicants possess strong planning, coordination and communication skills, familiarity with common administrative procedures of INGOs, and a strong understanding of development programming. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent verbal .and written communication skills in English and Arabic are required
