Salary: ₪3,850 - ₪5,775 / month
**This role requires daily field work in Nablus. Holding a valid license to provide mental health and psychosocial support services (MHPSS) in the West Bank is an essential requirement for this role.

MAP is seeking an MHPSS Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing community-based mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) activities for mobile clinic communities. This includes planning and leading group MHPSS sessions, conducting individual assessments and interventions, and facilitating the participation of community members. The Specialist will also deliver and evaluate Psychological First Aid (PFA) training, identify complex cases for referral, and ensure appropriate follow-up. Additionally, they will document and report MHPSS activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards such as confidentiality and informed consent.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a valid MHPSS license for the West Bank. They have experience in psychological support, particularly in humanitarian contexts, and expertise in community-based MHPSS interventions with children and adolescents. The candidate is knowledgeable in ethical standards, case management, and referral processes. They also have cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
