Midwifery coordinator/PMRS-UNRWA

Support and finalize Recruitment and deployment of (47) midwives.

Follow up with administrative issues (contracts, MOH permissions, etc.)

Supervise the deployed midwives at the medical points.

Assist in data collection monthly (workload).

Provide on-site orientation to newly deployed midwives.

Organize and conduct capacity-building training for deployed midwives (such as Urgent delivery, SRH services package, etc.)

Bachelor's degree, preferred in a health-related field (preferred degree in midwifery).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) issues.
Previous experience in project coordination roles is desirable.

Reporting: The midwifery coordinator will report directly to the Project Coordinator and provide regular updates on project activities, challenges, and achievements.

Duration: This is a 5-month position based in Gaza from 01/08/2024 to 31/12/2024 (part-time).
