Insights for Research, Polling, and Training is excited to announce consulting opportunities for an upcoming four-year project focused on Third Party Monitoring and Evaluation across various sectors. We are seeking highly qualified consultants with expertise in monitoring and evaluation within humanitarian and development contexts.

Areas of Expertise Required:
We invite consultants with experience in the following fields:

• Humanitarian Assistance
• Civil Society Support
• Palestinian Authority Support
• Economic Reform
• Governance
• Security

Responsibilities:
Consultants will play a crucial role in supporting and assessing the effectiveness of interventions by local and international organizations. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive monitoring and evaluation activities
• Developing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with project standards and objectives

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in one or more of the focus areas
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Prior experience in the West Bank and Gaza preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
