Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.

Location: Gaza Office
Duration: one year (full time)

Main duties and Responsibilities:
-The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for the overall monitoring, review
and evaluation of IR projects in Gaza strip.
-Setting up procedures for data collection and analysis as well as creating mechanisms and formats for both internal and external reporting.
-Development of indicators and tools that enable IRPAL to measure the overall impact of its work.
-Working with IRPAL programmes staff, to design and institute a specific monitoring and evaluation
plan for all existing and new Projects, based on IR M&E system.
-To be responsible for training staff and partners in M&E practices, in general, and IR's procedures,
in particular.
-To participate in the dissemination of monitoring and evaluation results and feedback into planning of future projects and programs, including the preparation of special reports and lessons learned materials.
-To ensure grant-funded projects can comply with donor monitoring and evaluation requirements for performance measurement and reporting.

Candidates must posses the following competencies:
1-Bachelor degree from an accredited University. preferably Master's degree in Community Development, Organizational Development (OD) or Management.
2-Minimum five years of increasingly responsible experience in projects management, monitoring and evaluation preferably in international NGOs.
3-Excellent Knowledge of Project management theory, principles and practices and their application to a wide variety of projects transactions and problems.
4-Knowledge of Principles and standard practices of projects cycle management.
5-Excellent written and spoken English (essential) as well as Arabic language
6-Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
