Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Right To Play is a humanitarian non-governmental International Organization with offices based in Ramallah, Nablus, and Bethlehem. The organization delivers Sport for Development programs with the world’s most disadvantaged children and communities.
Projects are currently implemented in the West Bank. Right To Play is seeking to expand its work in the Gaza Strip and is looking for the following positions:

Starting Date: 1st November 2009
Based: Ramallah

The primary responsibilities includes:
-Maintain country database and documentation related to monitoring and evaluating country programs
- Support and train country level staff in M&E systems
- Implementation of the Monitoring & Evaluation framework and systems to suit country context and needs;
-Supervision and coordination with staff for the project implementation achievements and Count process;
-Reporting of project outcomes, impacts, beneficiaries and status
-Support of external program evaluation;

Qualifications needed:
-BA degree in a relevant field (Education, development studies and social sciences)
-Previous experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
-At least 5 years experience working with NGO’s grassroots.
-Effective report writing skills.
-Fluent verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Solid team player, creative, and motivated.
-Ability to move between project sights.
-Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Driving licence is an asset.
