ARD, Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program.
ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the
following position:
Monitoring and Evaluation/ Reporting Specialist (MERS)
Duration: 21 Months
Location: Jerusalem with travel to the West Bank
This position requires at least five years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting, preferably with USAID programs. The MERS will be responsible for CEP’s monitoring, evaluation and reporting of its time sensitive projects which respond to evolving political realities on the ground and build CSO capacity at the community and national levels.
The MERS will be responsible for reporting of CEP program achievements and other quarterly,
monthly and public relations tasking.
Other requirements include:
- BA in the field of social science, development studies or other related field
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, aural and verbal)
- Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
- Ability and willingness to travel
