Job Description
The USAID Competitiveness Project aims to strengthen the competitiveness and export potential in the areas of Agriculture and Agribusiness, Stone and Marble, and Tourism, and Information Technology. The project will provide technical assistance to business service organizations in these sectors to improve sales, income, and employment.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
The M&E specialist will be reporting directly to the Chief of Party and his/ her responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
-Overseeing and managing specific surveys including its design, implementation and reporting.
-Implementing procedures and processes for monitoring and evaluating achievements and impact of specific projects activities.
-Communicating with the project staff, in order to collect information related to the project performance indicators.
-Responsible for the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual status reports of the Unit and, other types of reports.
-Reporting of events or special activities of the Unit.
-Monitoring proper entries and updates of project related activities into various online and internal databases to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Qualifications include:
-10 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years working in Monitoring and Evaluation.
-Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant degree.
-Experience working with USAID projects.
-Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
