We are currently looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Accountability & Learning Officer to be based in Gaza.

Position Details
-Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Officer
-Position: Full - time National position
-Duration: One year fixed term contract
-Base: Gaza

If you are interested in applying you will need to have experience in supporting / advising programme quality projects. Significant experience in Monitoring and evaluation is essential. Ability to demonstrate in depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative information is essential.  You will need to have well developed project cycle management skills, experience in Livelihoods or rural development is an asset to this role.  Specific experience in developing and using indicators is essential. Hands on knowledge of the relationship between financial expenses, and impact achieved in projects as well as Arabic and experience in the NGO sector is a must for this role.
