SERVICE PROVIDER PROFILE

• Have a good experience in producing documentary, short videos and photos.
• Able to produce high quality broadcast video and professional photos on tight deadlines.
• At least 5 years of proven technical experience for the cameramen / editors involved in the production. 
• Ability to include English language subtitling and sign language interpretation.
• Proven experience in social media tools. 
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to the field.

Technical requirements:

• Broadcast quality full HD video
• Professional sound recording
• HD web files as final products
• HD DVD as final products
• Respect of the graphic charter

Candidates should submit the following information with their application: 

• Curriculum vitae of the consultant 
• A proposal of the detailed implementation plan in accordance with the terms of reference
• A tentative work plan and time schedule
• Technical offer for the consultancy 
• Financial offer must be submitted in Shekels that covers all anticipated costs (taxes, transportation, communication, insurance, etc.).
