JOB VACANCY
Netham is implementing a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) contract supporting strengthening Rule of Law and judicial institutions, as well as encouraging citizen engagement in rule of law issues. Netham is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following full-time positions:
Translator
The Translator will be responsible for translation of all project documents including work plans, reports, newspaper translations, as well as oral translation of project meetings and events in addition to translation for project expatriate staff. She/he would also be responsible for editing project documents in both English and Arabic.
Minimum Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in English, translation, or related field.
- 2-3 year’s experience working with a USAID project or in the field of international development.
- Native or near native English language skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to edit both English and Arabic language documents.
- Excellent knowledge of software applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and e-mail.
