Partners for Sustainable Development (PSD) is a Palestinian NGO working towards achieving sustainable community in Palestine. PSD’s programs are implemented through a network of Community Learning and Development Centers (CLDCs) located in Jenin, Salfeet, Qalqilya , Tulkarm, Tubas, Nablus, Bethlehem, Hebron and South Hebron.
NETKETABi is a large scale project that represents a unique and multi-dimensional opportunity for the students of Palestine. The project helps students acquire 21st century skills like critical thinking, innovation, communication and collaboration. NETKETABi is implemented at the national level through Partners for Sustainable Development (PSD). The project aims to prepare the generation of young Palestinians for the knowledge-based economy and to participate in a highly competitive world.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Each NETKETABi Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the NETKETABi project in the Community Learning and Development Center (CLDC) in his/her designated areas. Each NETKETABi Coordinator will work in close coordination with the NETKETABi staff in their designated areas and in Ramallah main office and ensure compliance with PSD procedures.
Main Responsibilities
-Managing all project components (Distribution, Marketing, Training, and Finance).
-Networking & outreach with local NGOs, CBOs and Educational Institutions.
-Recruiting and managing project volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS
-B.A in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related degree.
-At least 3 years of relevant experience.
-Marketing experience.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
-Preferable educational knowledge and background candidates.
SKILLS
-Works effectively under pressure
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Excellent professional computer skills
-Good judgment in problem-solving
-Strong organizational skills, ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
-Motivated, optimistic, self-starter
