Network Administrator

WASSEL Group is seeking highly qualified Network Administrator for its Ramallah office.

Main duties will include but not limited to:
Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP or non-TCP/IP networking protocols. Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans and file system integrity.
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational cliff iculties.
-Identify utilization patterns and their effect on operation/system availability and performance expectations.
-Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
-Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
-Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.

Key Qualifications:
-Degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution or graduation from a certified or technical program.
-Minimum three years of experience in network administration field.
-Good knowledge in windows server environment and administration (MCSA is a plus( .
-Good knowledge in Microsoft products MS Exchange and MS TMG server.
-Good knowledge in network equipment configuration and fine tuning including routers and firewalls especially Cisco equipment (CCNP is preferred).
