Network Pre-Sales Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Network Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Network Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to meet our clients' networking needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design appropriate network solutions, and present compelling proposals. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their networking needs.
- Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our networking products and solutions to potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and cost estimates.
- Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations on network design, configuration, and optimization.
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and address technical inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in networking to effectively position our products and solutions.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features, enhancements, and roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Support post-sales activities by assisting with solution implementation, troubleshooting, and customer training as needed.
- Collaborate with partners and third-party vendors to develop integrated solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through self-learning, training, and certifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or pre-sales engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN, and security.
- Hands-on experience with networking equipment and tools from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and presenting complex technical solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, etc., are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, presentations, and events.
