About The Role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Networks and Systems Engineer to join our IT Team, help us to support and provide our business customers with professional services and solutions in the Network and Security field, and support our Sales team to present best practice solutions to our customers.

The position also includes managing and operating the company's network, implementing information security procedures, integration between all the network's computing infrastructures.

What You'll Do:

Provide professional technical support for business customers

Provide support and assistance to the sales department in presenting the company's products to customers

Plan and execute projects effectively, efficiently and in a manner that accelerates the IT department’s digital transformation initiative

Ability to create effective solutions, deploy, test and document communications solutions

Manage company monitor and backup systems and infrastructure

Search, test and demonstrate new products

Winner candidates will have a chance to:

Official Certification training from global Network and Security providers and manufacturers such as Fortinet, Sophos, 3CX…etc

Work within an environment that gives him/her the tools and encouragement for development and progress

What should you have:

• Knowledge in Network switching and routing
• Network and internet security
• Linux systems administration
• Experience in WLAN/LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• VoIP Telecommunication and integration
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Task-oriented, strong dedication and commitment to success

It’s great if you have:

Open-source environment experience

VoIP Protocols and systems knowledge

VMWare, CISCO, Fortinet

Wireless product and Infrastructure design

Cyber security and threat analysis

Azure, AWS and Google cloud solutions
