Nurse Manager - Three Vacancies

St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is located in Jerusalem and, in recent years, has expanded its services, with the provision of clinics in Hebron and Anabta. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services, we also provide primary care within the community through our Outreach Teams, which travel throughout the West Bank.

We would like to recruit three Nursing Managers to lead the team of nurses in different Hospital Departments.
You need to be a registered nurse with education to a first degree level in Nursing or equivalent (RN + NP)
you need to have minimum 2 years ophthalmic management experience.
You should be able to provide professional, positive leadership, management and guidance to the
multi-disciplinary team in the various departments.
You will be expected to lead developments in the department and advance clinical practices in line with service delivery and the strategic plan of the Hospital.
As a senior member of the nursing staff, you will need to demonstrate superior knowledge in problem solving and conflict resolution in line with Hospital policies and procedures. You should be able to lead on and promote education and staff development for all team members. You should have mentorship training or clinical supervision certificate.

An interest and/ or experience in research is desirable. Fluency in English is also a requirement.
