JOB SUMMARY

Nurse is responsible for providing basic services in the clinic involving conducting necessary examinations, administering essential treatments, and offering informed consultations to patients.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Patient Care:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs.
• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• performing various medical procedures, such as wound care and injections.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Documentation:

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
• Documenting nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Emergency Response:
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
• Collaborating in disaster preparedness and response.

Communication and Coordination:

•  Effective verbal and written communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of information.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• work under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Registered Nurse (RN)  
• licensure in nursing
