Office Assistant–  7 months contract

4 days a week (80% position)

Base: Jerusalem

We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform administrative and reception tasks with also the responsibility to support the HR department. This role is expected to support delivery of office work and support staff. This position is on fixed term contract and based in Jerusalem.

 
We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following skills:

-Detail oriented and good record keeper
-Good Communicator
-Good time management with ability to prioritize
-Able to multi-task in dealing with all components of the job
-Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working.
-Anticipates outcomes of activities and uses initiative to keep these activities on course.
-Written and spoken English essential.
-Proven ability to organise work effectively
-Computer literate, including word processing, databases/ spreadsheet use
-Experience in Administration , experience in HR is an asset
