Hla Tours ;incoming Tour operator located in Bethlehem  is requiring an ‘ office assistant  ’ to  assist in the office tasks and works : 

Hla Tours  services and works :

provides a wide range of integrated tourism services making it one of the leading travel agents in Palestine and neighboring countries.  Our services are for individuals and groups, offer land services and accommodation and all  tourists need . 

Responsibilities:

  • Reservations, and preparing all logistic services
  • Creating  documents, files and databases
  • All other requests duties and office needs. 
  • Contact Hotels , agents .... etc

Requirements & skills: 

  • BA in any relative field, business administration, tourism, marketing ..
  • Proven good  working experience .
  • Working under pressure
  • Problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent English language written and speaking
  • Extra language is an advantage ( French, German, Spanish .. )
  • Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Organizational Skills
  • Sales Skills.
