Office Assistant
Job Description
The Temporary International Presence in the West Bank city of Hebron is looking for a qualified Office Assistant for its Procurement Office.
Main Responsibilities:
-Assisting the Procurement Officer in his/her daily duties, such as ordering and quality checks of food and other supplies, etc.
-Assisting our individual members with their equipments
-Manage our PX (internal shop),
-Manage our laundry (both internal and external) keep track of meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
-Post secondary two years diploma in Business Administration or other related field.
-At least two years experience.
-Very good English skills.
-Possess good Computer Skills, managing Word and Excel.
-Be Service-minded and Co-operative.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent organizational/personal skills.
-Have a high degree of Integrity and Honesty.

TIPH is an international civilian observer mission. The TIPH assists the parties in the normalisation
of the situation in the city and reports on their efforts and the breaches of the agreements on
Hebron and international law. TIPH reports to the Palestinian and Israeli authorities and to the
six member countries.
