Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Follow up of filing systems in accordance with the office regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate services calls with the customers.
  • Follow up of purchase / sales orders.
  • Arranging logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements along with the administration department.
  • Processes follow up and data entry.
  • Carrying out tasks related to digital marketing.
  • Other coordination duties.

Job Requirements

Academic qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience

At least one year experience 

Languages

Excellent in Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking, Reading).

  • Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office Package, particularly Excel and Word
