Job Vacancy: Office Manager
A major company offers a vacant job of Manager for the General Manager’s office according to the following conditions and qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Regular follow up of the General Manager’s agenda.
-Compose and prepare memos, emails and presentations.
-Assist in preparing the meetings of the Board of Directors as well as the annual meetings of the general assemblies.
-Coordinate meetings and their requirements.
-Welcome General Manager’s guests.
-Manage office tasks: make calls, answer phones, photocopying, using fax, mailing and filing.
-Ability to translate documents and reports from and into Arabic and English.
-Assist in the recruitment process as assigned by the General Manager.
-Follow up with different company departments on behalf of the General Manager.
-Ensure travel arrangements for the General Manager as of booking tickets, making hotels reservations and so on.
Requirements:
-Minimum Five years of experience in managing offices of companies managers.
-Fluency in English & Arabic (Oral and written).
-A university degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
-Leader, decision maker and efficient in finding solutions.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
-Ready to travel on occasion to fulfill job duties.
-High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
-Resourceful with excellent research skills.
-Resident of Ramallah.
-Valid driving license and own a car.
-Good knowledge of laws related to public shareholding companies.
