Theatre Day Productions (TDP) in a non-governmental non-profit cultural organization working in the field of youth theatre and drama. TDP is seeking an

Office Manager for its office in Beit-Hanina, Jerusalem.

Minimum Qualifications:
-A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field is required.
-Arabic language as mother tongue and excellent level of written and spoken English language.
-Fair spoken Hebrew language skills might be an asset.
-At least 5 years experience working in related fields, preferably within an NGO environment.
-Proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft office).

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office in Jerusalem and liaise with the regional office in Gaza Strip.
-Financial assistance; monitor financial procedures and expenses.
-Coordinate administrative and financial issues with the regional office.
-Translate from Arabic to English.
-Manage tenders and set specifications.
-Other tasks as may be assigned by the co-Directors.

Required Abilities and Skills:
-Knowledge of basic financial principles.
-Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
-Appreciative and knowledgeable of art/theatre
-Possession of a driving license.
-Jerusalem ID.
