Office Manager/Personal Assistant

Job Description
A leading financial services firm requires an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join their office in Ramallah, Palestine. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and should be dynamic, professional with a background of providing assistance to high level & corporate executives.

The candidate must possess the following:
1-Advanced written & verbal communication in English and Arabic;
2-Excellent experience in computer applications;
3-Strong accounting knowledge;
4-Superior administration experience;
5-Willing to work long hours;
6-Able to travel;

The individual will be responsible for the overall day to day office operations including scheduling; procurement, filing & archiving, HR, administration, petty-cash, arranging travels & hotel bookings & providing support in all administration & secretarial function. Salary is competitive and the job is available immediately. References will be required.
