Sabreen Association for Artistic Development is seeking full time qualified candidates for its Jerusalem office for the following position:

 Office Manager/Program Assistant
Will provide support to management and financial team to insure smooth operation of programs and activities. To participate in project/s planning, supervising implementation and reporting to partners and donors. Working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Director.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written in Arabic and English) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure and strong analytical skills.
• Experienced and skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, ACCESS, Power- Point, and Excel.
• Able to plan, prioritize & organize workload. Work well in a fast paced environment.
