Job Description
The USAID-funded Flagship Project is seeking to fill the following position full-time, long-term position:
No phone calls please.

Office, Procurement, and Events Manager. Key functions:

-Provide overarching support to the Flagship’s office procurements, events/ training activities, and other operational aspects.
-Ensure that Flagship activities are planned and implemented to directly support the strategic objectives of the project, and those activities are compliant, allocable, and properly documented.
-Administer key management systems to include project planning, record keeping systems, project reporting, property and technical procurement systems, and inventory control.

Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in USAID rules and regulations, successful experience with large event coordination, and operations for large USAID projects.
-At least 7 years of experience in office management, personnel management, and oversight of regulations under a donor-funded project.
-Demonstrated evidence of strong leadership skills and ability to build collaborative relationships among the program staff, partners, other cooperating agencies, key stakeholders, and donors
-Ability to conceptualize financial, procurement, and management systems within the context of development programs
