Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all Bookshop & Libraries companies to participate following tender:

 

The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Thursday 19 Jan 2012 during official working hours, from 8:00AM to 4:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00PM on Wednesday 25 Jan 2012 at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps tender committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tender are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
