Officer-Sales


Main Responsibilties:
-Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers
-Generating Sales leads.
-Demonstrating,presenting,and promoting AMMAR offerings and projects
-Gathering market and customer information
-maintaining accurate records of customers information and customers contracts
-Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
-Reviewing own sales performance,aiming to meet or exceeds targets
-Obtain market intelligence reports and competition analysis
-Attending trade exhibitions,conferences and meeting
-Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleaues
-Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and sales progress

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in a business,engineering or any related field
-2-3 years experience,real estate experience is preferable
-Knowledge of contracting and negotiating
-Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
