Operational Officer

Job Title: Operational Officer - Nablus
Location: Nablus Office
Duration: Regular Term Appointment
INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian non-profit NGO. Through partnerships with
the private sector and educational sectors, INJAZ provides relevant programs delivered by
trained volunteers from the Palestinian private sector to inspire and educate youth about
entrepreneurial and leadership skills, helping to enhance their economic opportunities.
INJAZ seeks a dynamic and creative Operational Officer with excellent conceptual,
analytical, and coordination skills to oversee the implementation of INJAZ programs. The
Operational Officer will be based in INJAZ’s Nablus office.
Position Duties
1. Implements and manages daily operations of INJAZ programs.
2. Contribute to the building and maintaining of partnerships with local business and
industry leaders.
3. Contribute to the building and maintaining of partnerships with Ministry of
Education, UNRWA, and private schools officials
4. Maintain strong relationships with local media and coordinate local public relations
initiatives
5. Assures program quality, and expansion
6. Participate in planning, and monitoring of INJAZ activities
Personnel Requirements
1. Relevant university degree.
2. Experience in youth-related programming.
3. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in public relations and working with the media.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
6. Advanced computer skills
7. Nablus district resident.
8. Proven project design, planning, bidding, documentation, monitoring, and reportwriting
skills
9. A valid driving license
10. Ability to work in a team and under pressure
