Reporting to: Ramallah’s Operational Officer


Background:

INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian organization non-profit NGO dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and economic choices. INJAZ programs are delivered by corporate and community volunteers, who provide relevant, hands-on experiences that give students from high school knowledge and skills in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship.

Objective:

INJAZ Palestine is looking for a dynamic and creative Operational Assistant who will be able to do the following:

-Provide assistance and follow up with INJAZ’s daily business operations and implementation of events and activities.
-Assist in monitoring the execution of INJAZ’s programs in schools, colleges, universities and youth centers.
-Assist in communicating with the private and education sectors.
-Manage daily reports, records, and documentations.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
-One year of experience in youth related programs
-Strong  oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to train and lead groups
-Ability to work in a team and under pressure
-Valid driving license is required
