Operations and HR Manager
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for a wide range of management, reporting, contractual, administrative, and personnel tasks. Help design and provide upkeep for all administrative systems to ensure quality control of project administration and ensure full compliance and conformity with USAID rules and regulations, best practices, and local legal requirements. Manage office needs, local insurance, project inventory, staff onboarding/offboarding, support operational procurements and logistics.

Basic Qualifications: Experience in human resources and staff management, and familiarity with Palestinian labor law and best practices. Experience managing procurements or operations for donor programs including USAID is an asset. Training or supervisory experience in similar roles is a great asset. Arabic and English language skills are required. The position will likely be based in Ramallah.
