Operations Manager

A leading industrial company based in Ramallah is seeking a highly qualified Operations Manager to perform the below activities: 

Main Core of the Job: 

Responsible to develop practices and procedures to improve control and compliance of factory overall operations, and performance of service delivery; internally among departments and externally with all suppliers and service providers

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Manage all 3rd parties’/service providers to perform service requirements on-time and in accordance to specified tasks and functions. This include but not limited to: sourcing, scheduling, coordination with internal department, procurement activities, execution monitoring, and closing 
• Work closely with the procurement and maintenance departments to qualify vendors and service providers relevant to the factory requirements 
• Manage spare parts /safety stock and their usage to ensure utmost consistency in factory operations without any disconnection or production disruption 
• Develop maintenance windows/scheduling and inspect performance/completion of required tasks/functions 
• Develop Service Level Agreements between internal departments and also external providers necessary to measure and complete tasks on-time and in-accordance to scheduled activities 
• Conduct training to machines operators and evaluate their performance in compliance with vendors operation and maintenance manuals

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience 
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Excellent command of the English language
• BS degree in Mechatronic Engineering , Mechanical engineering
