Operations Manager
Responsibilities of the Incumbent will include:
-Manage a team of administration, IT, security and logistics staff and provide all necessary training to enhance the efficiency of CHF International programs' implementation;
-Develop and implement relevant policies and work procedures in compliance with CHF International and donor standards and requirements, ensuring effective and timely support to all CHF programs, central and field offices;
-Excellent analytical, planning, management and organizational skills;
-Oversee the day to day operational requirements pertaining to offices and programs' administration, inventory control, supplies purchasing, information technology infrastructure, staff and assets security, and the management of programs' vehicles
Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Masters degree in business administration or a relevant field;
-Minimum of seven years relevant experience with international development agencies;
-Demonstrated management and leadership skills working with large, complex USAID funded programs preferably in West Bank and Gaza;
-Strong administration and operations background required, including good working knowledge of USAID rules and regulations;
-Experience in supervising and training staff; set up and management of administrative sub-awards and procurement processes;
-Excellent analytical, planning, management and organizational skills;
-Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with donor, government and community representatives and other stakeholders, and staff at all levels;
-Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic;
