Operations officer

One of the leading companies in Palestine located in Ramallah is seeking to hire the following vacancy:

Position: Operations officer
Location: Ramallah
Experience: 0-2 years.

Employment Type: full time.

-    Work and Plan for daily delivery with the couriers, customers, Sales, Warehouse team, to ensure customer requirements are met in timely and safely manner.
-    Consignment tracking and coordination.
-    Control distribution costs and operational activities.
-    Control and Follow of the overall day to day operational activities.
-    Control and follow the Hub’s receiving/ issuance of the packages.
-    Control the inventory.
-    Ensure the efficiency of operations that meet the service level agreements with the clients and partners.
-    Accurate and timely scheduling of the distribution plans and vehicles planning.
-    Responsible of maintaining data and tracking sheets.

Qualifications:

-    Bachelor degree in political science or related fields.
-    Computer skills.
-    Ability to work within a team and work under pressure.
-    A good sense of leadership.
-    Valid driver’s license.
