Position: Outsourcing Contact Centre Manager

Capital Gate Service seeks an «Outsourcing Contact Centre Manager
- The scope of work of this position is to manage the contact centre operations and employees, to ensure providing the clients with the services In accordance with the levels agreed upon & meet expectations, to look for business opportunities, and to develop and improve the work continuously.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Academic qualifications:
-University degree recommended in Engineering, Management, or any related field.
Practical Experience:
-(8-12) Years of high practical experience, (3) years of them in managerial posts.
- An experience of the contact centre is a must.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
-Good command of the Arabic and English languages.
-Computer application skills.
-Communications and negotiation skills.
-Good knowledge in sales and contracts.
-Strong leadership personality.
-Logical analyses.
-Good financial acumen.
-Presence of mind and enthusiastic.
-Project management back ground is preferable.
-Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, meet deadline, and perform work with high quality.
-Work experience in telecommunication company is preferable.
