Wellbeing measurement and the development of Wellbeing indicators
 
Objectives and Scope of Work
We would like to work with accepted experts in their field for the development of measurement, data capture and analysis tools for the measurement of what is also being advertised as a consultancy work the development of wellbeing indicators for the Mind the Gap Pilot in the Gaza strip. Consultant firm will also have to provide training of interviewers and oversight of research, information capture and analysis
that will be link very closely with the purpose designed project interventions.
 
The task requires the involvement of a very experienced team in the measurement of well-being and in the production of and training in, social indicators. The consultant / team developing the indicators would need to have experience in social, environmental and economic programming and a track record in delivering training for this. The consultant / team would also require the necessary skills not only to oversee this rapid assessment, but to effectively coordinate and problem solve where barriers arise. The consultant / team should also have experience of delivering action research and of continuous improvement and be used to working in temporary teams on designs which can be replicated and scaled up.
