PACU Project Coordinator/ Capacity Building Specialist

Agricultural Cooperatives Union-Palestine (PACU), under project supported by We Effect, invites Applicants from the qualified candidates for the post of: “PACU Project Coordinator/ Capacity Building Specialist”
Duty Station:PACU, Al Birah, Ramallah, Palestine
Report to: PACU Executive Director.

1-Qualifications:
-University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any other related degree. Agricultural Science is preferred
-Knowledge of cooperatives principles.
-Knowledge of cooperation law, and cooperative development plans,
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in at least two of: Business development and service delivery in cooperative organizations, Lobbying and advocacy.
-Very Good to Excellent command of Spoken and written English and Arabic
-Excellent reporting and communication skills.
-Knowledge of Results Based Management and LFA.
-Very good experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
-Knowledge of computer including Excel, Microsoft Office and Power Point.
-Serious, trustworthy, disciplined, dependable and responsible.  
-Has experience in managing cooperation projects.
-Ability to work within a team.
-Assume responsibility for accuracy and timelines of work.
-Participated in the “Cooperative Curriculum Specialists Training” or any other equivalent training is preferred.
-Ability to work under pressure and challenging conditions.

2-Additional Information:
-The incumbent of this post is required to travel in the field in the course of performing his/her duties.
