Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Partnerships & Outreach Manager  for a regional development NGO located in Ramallah, Palestine. The candidate will be in a leadership role and will be involved in the strategic decisions. 

Outreach and Networking

1. Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies.
2. Network with government officials, NGOs, experts, and business groups.
3. Maintain a database of stakeholders, partners, and supporters.
4. Analyze the external context, including political and security developments.

Policy and Advocacy

1. Provide input to policy briefs on water, sanitation, energy, and socio-economic issues.
2. Support the preparation of national, regional, and international events.
3. Develop and implement advocacy cases and campaigns.

Representation and Communication

1. Represent the organization in national and international forums.
2. Work with the Communications and Media Officer on content development.
3. Implement other relevant tasks as requested by the Director.

Special Requirements & Skills:

1. Proven experience in providing strategic guidance and policy recommendations in complex settings.
2. Experience in event planning and management. 
3. Collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating respect, empathy, and understanding.
4. Knowledge of political science & diplomacy skills are a plus.
5. Excellent organization, planning, communication and follow-up skills.

Years of experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in building and maintaining outreach and institutional relationships.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in political science, public relations, or any other related fields.

Master’s degree is a plus.
