Job Description
B&V, a USAID Contractor located in Ramallah working in the infrastructure sector throughout the West Bank is seeking experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions:
 
Permitting & Human Resources Administrator

Job Role:
To administer the issuing and renewing of visas, employee cards, travel permits and magnetic
security cards for B&V Staff and maintain records in a well organized tracking system.
Maintaining well organized copies (Hard and soft copies) of all correspondence concerning
all approvals and construction permits for the INP project. Assist in preparing the monthly
reports for the sectors. Managing and updating the office administration files and personal
staff files and performing other HR tasks as required.

Requirements:
1-Bachelor Degree
2-Fluent in Arabic, English and preferably Hebrew
3-High level of written and verbal communication ability
4-Must have strong experience in Office Administration role, preferably in the context of large infrastructure projects (min 5 years)
5-Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular must be able to produce reports in MS Word using headers, automatic table of contents, cross referencing etc.
