Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities
-Organize the flow of work in the CEO’s office
-Manage external communications [regional and international]
-Organize the CEO’s internal, regional and international travels and meetings and undertake related follow ups
-Help develop and manage an efficient system for long distance conference calls, web and video conferencing,
-Undertake rapid internet/desk research as needed
-Prepare executive summaries and scenarios on work issues
-Coordinate board and other meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up as deemed appropriate.
-Ensure the regular update of the English language website.
-Write concept notes and short proposals as deemed necessary

Qualifications
-A university degree [Bachelors or Masters] is preferred
-A solid relevant work experience of at least 3 years is expected
-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
-Excellent command of English language [speaking and writing] and a good command of Arabic [speaking and writing]
-Excellent management, administrative and organizational skills
- Capacity to undertake parallel and complex tasks
-Independent, self motivated and autonomous
-Resilient and capable of getting the job done
-Capable of finding solutions to problems as they arise
-Advanced skills in web research
-Willingness and capacity to learn
-Good command of Excel and Power point. Knowledge of access is a plus; fast typing
both in English and Arabic.
