Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Proposed Location Ramallah

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Holder of Bachelor degree in economics, Business administration or any other related field and master degree will be preferable.
-Minimum 10 years experience in similar field with international NGOs
-The ability to develop and implement planning techniques and control for the institution
-Implementing evaluation  tasks in the field
-Proficiency in planning skills for various levels and different groups
-Good  reporting and writing skills
-Proven  analytical and research technique skills
-Strong command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
-Good computer skills (Word, Excel, power point …..etc)
-Teamwork spirit and ability to work effectively under pressure
-Valid driving license
-Priority will be given to female.
