CHF International -LGF is seeking qualified candidates to assume the following position :
Portfolio Officer
Location : Ramallah.
Duration : 12 months renewable.

The portfolio Officer will be part of the portfolio team,responsible for a diverse range of specific technical functions,which include financial and project analysis as well as on-going program implementation.

Responsibilities include :
-Conducting financial ,administrative and other analaysis as necessary to assess eligibility of borrowers.
-Performing due diligence and credit analysis on proposed loans.
-Preparing credit reports to management and credit committee.
-Providing technical assistance and otherwise work with lenders to identify projects pipline and efficiently assess eligibility of loans.

Qualifications:
-University degree with Business Administration or Finance or Accounting or Economics background.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending or credit activities in the field of banking .
-Good knowledge of credit analysis ,financial analysis ,risk management and credit administration procedures.
-Good experience in commercial and SME LENDING.
-Excellent microsoft Office skills particulary in Excel.
-Strong teamwork and written and verbal communication skills
-Willing and able to travel throughout West Bank and Gaza.
