: 1,703.70 JD that varies in accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency.
5-Allowances : Dependency Allowances payable and other benefits
(Medical Insurance) & Currency Adjustment Factor

6-Qualifications:
-Advanced university degree in statistics or economics supplemented by training in quantitative methods in poverty analysis.
-At least seven years of experience including at least three years in a senior supervisory capacity in a large international or governmental organization concerned with statistics and poverty analysis in developing countries.
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

Competencies
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Advanced knowledge in the use of econometric tools and statistical software (e.g.SPSS, STATA, SS).
-Knowledge of poverty measurements methodologies, statistics and other socioeconomic measurement tools.
-Technical knowledge in developing targeting mechanisms, particularly PMTF and ensuing simulation analysis.
-Ability to compile, validate and analyze statistics.
-Advance analytical skills and ability to conduct independent research.
-Proven writing and analytical skills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of and experience with SEFSec survey.
